Actor Robert Loggia whacks the listing price for his 4,620-square-foot, Country French-style house in Los Angeles’ Bel-Air area from $3.65M to $3.295M

Due to the economic financial downturn, many house owners or even popular owners came into a decision to sell their houses and even lowering the listing price from its original value.

Actor Robert Loggia for instance has reduced the asking price for his Country French-style house in Los Angeles’ Bel-Air from $3,650,000 to $3,295,000.

This 4,620-square-foot, two-storey house was built in 1968 with four baths, a dramatic room, a family room, and a formal dining room downstairs. Upstairs you could see two large suites with finely finished bats, four walk-in closets, a large office or gym and a sitting room. There are also other suites that can be best use for office purposes, a guest room or a huge maid’s room. Meanwhile, Its garage can occupy at least two cars inside.

When you go outside this country-French-style house, you could see a pool and city views and a 0.57-acre or 24,799 square-foot wide garden.

Last 1996, Loggia purchased this house for $1,450,000 and spent more than a year renovating it.
