Actor Burt Reynolds’s Florida home has been in the market since 2005 but up to now there are still no takers.  The12,500 square-foot property was originally listed at $15 million but was increased to $15.9 million. However, there were no takers for the property so the asking price was reduced by 40% to $8.995 million. Still no takers though, even at that price, so you may be looking at more price cuts in the future.

Reynolds’ waterfront property in Hobe Sound, Florida includes a Mediterranean-style home with five bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, a two-bedroom guesthouse, billiard and cinema rooms and a large yacht dockage. Reynolds, who is selling the property because he no longer has a use for something so huge, got the hacienda back in the 80s for only $700,000.

The property is pretty huge and is adjacent to the State Park.  The home’s interior, which has a cluttered look, may be the reason why it is still in the market up to now.
