David Hasselhoff Mansion

David Hasselhoff of the Knight Rider and Baywatch fame, and his ex-wife Pamela Bach, are selling their Encino home for $5.950 million as part of their divorce agreement which was finalized last year. Haseelhoff’s five bedroom house was built in 1988 and is considered one of the nicest homes in the area. It has a gourmet kitchen, five and a half baths, an office, elevator, library, sports bar, two story living rooms, a media room and a master suite with a fireplace.

The 1,482-acre property, which includes a 6,148 square foot house, also boasts of a lighted tennis court, spa with waterfall, a motor court, two private guest houses and a grotto-style pool

The couple paid $1.980 million when they purchase the property in 1996 from the J&A Family Trust of actor John Goodman. The couple decided to sell the house after Bach was ordered by a Los Angeles judge to choose between leaving the house immediately or selling it. The 43-year old Pamela sued to share the house with Hasselhoff and their two daughters.
