Chicago Cubs’ Ryan Dempster Got His Third Residential Real Estate

If you happen to be a baseball fan then you must be familiar with Ryan Dempster, the starting pitcher of the Chicago Cubs. According to the Chicago Tribune, Ryan Dempster has just bought his third home which is a condominium unit.

Ryan Dempster already owned two residential real estate properties in Chicago and this new condominium located on the North Side would be the latest. The said condominium features two bedrooms with walk in closets, high ceilings, recessed lighting, and cherry hardwood flooring. Aside from these, the condominium also includes an impressive kitchen with an island that goes with stainless kitchen wares and granite counters. It is also said to include a master bathroom with Jacuzzi in it and a massive private deck.

At the age of 32, Ryan Dempster has earned $52,000,000.00 for signing a four year contract with the Chicago Cubs which also makes him capable of buying real estate properties including the one mentioned above which costs about $480,000.00.
