Chicago Bears player Dusty Dvoracek sells Lake Villa home to teammate Juaquin Iglesias

Chicago Bears defensive tackle Dusty Dvoracek is out for the rest of NFL’s 2009 season due to a recent arthroscopic knee surgery but aside from this news, he is also being featured here for selling his house in far north suburban Lake Villa to Chicago Bears’ wide receiver Juaquin Iglesias.

Juaquin Iglesias had a successful career at the University of Oklahoma before being drafted by the Chicago Bears in the recent NFL draft. Also a first-time homebuyer, Iglesias was also reported to pay as much as $344,500 for Dvoracek’s house. Dusty Dvoracek purchase this house back in 2006 for $365,000 and listed it for $389,000 in January 2009 before reducing it to $365,000 and finally selling it for $344,000.

Iglesias’ newly acquired home was built in 1999 and measures about 2,842 square feet. Set on a 0.3 acre lot, this house is provided with ten rooms which include four bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. It is also furnished with high and vaulted ceilings, kitchen with granite countertops, center island and stainless steel appliances, and basement with dry bar, theatre room and recreation room.
